Refund policy

By purchasing from HUSPIN, you agree to the terms below:

 

1. Return Requirements

Returns are accepted only within 5 days after confirmed delivery.

Returns/refunds are only eligible when:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Item defective upon receipt

Returned items must remain:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

2. Return Procedure

Please contact contact@huspin-service.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Detailed explanation of the problem

Return requests without prior approval will be rejected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

 

3. Refund Processing

After inspection of your returned package, refunds will be approved or denied accordingly.

Approved refunds are processed within 36–48 hours and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

 

4. Refund Delays

If your refund has not posted:

  • Verify your payment account

  • Contact your card provider/bank

 

5. Cancellation Terms

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours after placement.

A 10% processing fee applies to all approved cancellations.

No cancellations can be made after 6 hours.
